Quake Alleviation Gifts From North Texas Stacked Onto Plane Went to Turkey

Almost 20,000 pounds of provisions, garments and food were delivered off from DFW Thursday night. Another shipment will go out on Friday to Turkey by means of Turkish Aircrafts for tremor casualties.


This previous week, the Turkish American Relationship of Northern Texas worked nonstop to gather gifts to get truly necessary supplies to individuals affected by the heartbreaking tremors in Turkey and Syria.

Surprisingly fast, volunteers hustled to sort, box and transport huge number of gifts from North Texans.


Thursday night, a flight took off with almost 20,000 pounds of provisions, for example, winter clothing, canned food, child things and individual cleanliness things. One more flight was anticipated Friday night too.


"The generous flood of help and gifts, for example, the extent of what you see behind me was a work from all of Dallas-Stronghold Worth," said Erdal Sipahi, before a Turkish Carriers Freight plane.
